Permanent owners. Not a fund.
Krass Companies started on Long Island in 2020 with one business and a set of terms that hasn't moved since: our own capital, no fund life, and no outside committee to answer to. When we buy a company, nobody upstream is waiting for us to sell it.
Nine companies later, the work is the same. We buy control of good local businesses from owners who care what happens next, keep the name and the people, and spend the years after close making each company steadier than we found it.
A small operating team
Deals · Operations · FinanceThe people who evaluate your company run alongside it afterward. The same team takes your first call, sits through the close, and shows up at the companies every week. Nobody you meet during the deal disappears after the wire clears.
