This site describes Krass Companies and how we buy businesses. You may browse it, link to it, and share its pages. You may not scrape it for bulk data, misrepresent its content as your own, or use it to send us spam.

No offer, no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy any specific business, a commitment to any terms, or legal, tax, or investment advice. Any acquisition happens under a written agreement negotiated between the parties, and that agreement is the only document that binds anyone.

Figures and examples

Company figures and case-study results reflect our records at the time of writing and the owners' permission to share them. Past results at one company say nothing certain about another.

Intellectual property

The Krass Companies name, the text, and the illustrations on this site belong to us. The names of our portfolio companies belong to those companies.
